There is no difference in price between expedited and regular shipping, and expedited shipping insures and tracks your package. You cannot de-select expedited shipping. You will receive an email with the tracking information.
Please contact us by phone or email within 7 days of delivery, and send items back within 14 days. Custom items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, cannot be exchanged. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If an item is not returned in its original condition, buyer is responsible for loss in value.
The yarn is beautiful and rustic and the photos are true to colors
A beautiful yarn with a pleasing variety of colour throughout. I've paired it with the red yarn to create a hat and scarf/shawl. It is surprising how much yarn there is in one skein. Working with it is a pleasure, sturdy and soft, allowing me to create designs within and on top of the completed work . The pictures are accurate in denoting the variety of colour. I am so pleased with the quality of yarn but expected this as I have been following Topsy Farms stories and value their ethics. Perfect choice for me.
